I have done $50 Million in transactions over 45 years. Here are a few of the deals that I have done:

Dodge St, Beverly

I bought a site that had a circa 1735 house (the green one) on it that was moved there in the 60's from 2 miles away. I moved the house once again, to the corner of the lot, and did a historic rehabilitation on it. Then I built 4 townhouses on the lot.

40 Heather St, Beverly

Built originally as a 68,000 square foot nursing home, it was abandoned and I got 43 condominiums approved, built, and sold. A massively successful project.

This was a defunct waterbed factory. I demolished it and built 9 beautiful townhouses, with fireplaces, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths each.
