9 Swan St, Beverly

I finished this project in 2025. Three townhouses built where a single family had a fire. This beautiful building has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in each of the townhomes. The design is a nod to the gambrel architecture of early homes in seaside towns like Beverly on the North Shore. The houses were built with the highest quality, using Andersen windows, beautiful interior trim and solid core doors. I used real oak wood flooring, hand applied plaster walls, custom tile in the bathrooms.

107 Dodge St, Beverly

Finished in 2023, I built a single family and 4 townhouses on this lot. The single family, front house on the right, was built several miles away in 1735, then moved to this lot in the 1950's when Route 128 was installed. I moved it again, to the corner of the lot in 2021. I did a historic renovation, keeping the chimneys and a lot of the historic character intact. This was a 2 year long project, with so many complications, including COVID. These houses are beautiful, from the design to the finishes to the landscaping.

12 Mall St, Salem

Originally built in 1824, and carefully brought back to life in 2021, this building was a 5 unit apartment building that fell into disrepair. I completed this award winning restoration, converting the property to 3 incredible townhouses, keeping the original fireplaces and chimneys, the original wide pine floors, and historic details throughout. The building was actually labelled a tear down by the city, and every engineer I brought through said it was better to demolish it, but I persevered and carefully reconstructed the building. I even refurbished the brick sidewalks and used copper gutters and downspouts.

131 North Common St, Lynn

I tried to buy the house that originally stood here for years. It was built in the mid 1700's by the carpenter who built the first high school in the country. Then he gave it to his maid, who had it in her family for over 100 years. It fell into disrepair, and the city took it for taxes. The city demolished it, and gave the land to the local housing authority to build affordable housing. The neighbors fought that plan, and I partnered up with the housing authority to build 4 townhouses on the land, with the front unit replicating the historic house that was there for 200 plus years. The housing authority and my team won a HUD historic award for this project.

293 Jefferson Ave, Salem

Designed by the prestigious architectural firm of John Seger & Associates, this four unit rental property that I finished building in 2020 sits where a restaurant was. With 2 ADA accessible units, this affordable housing multi-family fills a dire need. The building has 3 three bedroom, 2 bath units and 1 two bedroom 2 bath unit.

Montserrat Condominiums, Beverly

Completed in 2007, this project was 43 condominiums I built, converted from a defunct 68,000 square foot nursing home. Complete with fireplaces and hardwood floors in each unit, the building has a private 24 seat movie theater, elevators, huge club room to host your party or just pay pool or ping pong, exercise room, and a backyard patio area with grilles.

590 Boston St, Lynn

Built in 2007, this 12 unit condominium building has fireplaces, hardwood floors, granite, and a round patio in the back yard. The first of many 3 story condo buildings that I built around that time, this project sold out in the first weekend of open houses, and still looks great today.

65 Centre St, Lynn

Finished in 2010, this was a 23 unit condominium project. With brick and perfection cedar shingles, there were a lot of nice touches here. This was marketed as affordable owner occupied condos, and the sales were extremely strong, selling out within a month.

518 Boston St, Lynn

This 9 unit condominium building was finished in 2008, and had hardwood floors, fireplaces, and wonderful finishes. It is still a very desirable building with strong sales whenever a unit becomes available, which is rare.

Columbia Ave, Lynn

Finished in 2007 and nestled on the Swampscott line, these 9 townhouses were built at a waterbed factory location. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths each, hardwood floors, fireplaces, one car garages, each unit has a rear garden enclosed by stone walls.
